Safe-Space Statement + Policy

Santa Fe Glass Works is dedicated to providing a safe-space environment at all events: We want to create a space where all people regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, appearance, race, class, cultural background or religion are accepted and respected. We don’t tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, or xenophobia.

Harassment is not tolerated. We value the attendance of every individual at SFGW, and want everyone to feel safe throughout the duration of our events. If you are being harassed, or notice that someone is participating in harassing behavior, please notify an organizer.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, nonconsensual photography or recording, sustained disruption of talking, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

If someone engages in behavior that violates this policy, the organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including asking the party in question to leave the event without a refund, and/or disallow entry to future events.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any reports of harassment will be treated as anonymous and your name will not be included in any communication with the offending parties unless specifically requested.
